Join us for the Santa Run Silicon Valley benefitting Christmas in the Park and Downtown Ice. This 5K Run/Walk is fun for the whole family and we encourage you to dress up as your favorite holiday character or tradition; Santa, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, reindeer, elves, dreidel, menorah, ornaments, tree, candlestick. The ideas are limitless. You can do it as a group too!

Race packet pick up is yet to be determined. At packet pick up you can pick up your bib, race shirt, timing chip and Santa Costume.

• START: Santa Clara Street at Almaden Boulevard
• FINISH: Market Street at Park Avenue
• FESTIVAL SITE: Christmas in the Park on Market Street between Park and San Carlos

Why

Over the past few years, City of San Jose funding for these holiday traditions has decreased to almost nothing. Please help us to raise money to continue these amazing family traditions that have been around for decades.  We want to start a new tradition in downtown San Jose; one about community, family, faith and fun. Celebrate with us by enjoying a family fun run!

How

Participate by registering, volunteering or donating to the event. If you are registering, we encourage you to wear your Santa costume. We hope in a few years to be the largest run with Santa’s in costume. Last year we sold out one week vefore race day. This year we have raised the cap to 7,500 participants. Join us!

Who

You! Your family, friends, colleagues and neighbors. The more the merrier.

Awards

Medals and Sports Basement gift cards will be given to the top three runners in each age category. The age categories are as follows:

10-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
